TAKE NOTICEthat the Electricity Regulatory Authority shall, on 20th March, 2018 hold a Public Hearing regarding the License applications by Achwa Hydro 3 Limited for the Generation and Sale of 9.99 MW of electricity and Achwa Hydro 4 Limited for the Generation and Sale of 7.67MW electricity.
The electricity shall be generated from Hydropower plants to be constructed on River Achwa in Angagura Sub County, Pader District.The Public Hearing shall be heldat Angagura Sub County Headquarters starting at 2:00 pm.
Government agencies, electricity sector stakeholders and persons affected by the proposed project are hereby invited to attend the Public Hearing.
All stakeholders and affected persons wishing to make a presentation and or comments before the Public Hearing may register and or submit their respective comments to the Secretary to the Authority not later than the 19th March 2018 on the address below:
